Jessica Pearce is an internationally recognised Australian producer and writer working across feature film, television and short-form storytelling. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked across narrative film, television and digital series, combining creative development with strong production leadership.
She made her feature producing debut with The Legend of Ben Hall, which received an Australian theatrical release before securing international distribution in more than 16 countries. Her work in short film includes a number of critically acclaimed and award-winning projects such as AFI/AACTA award nominated Nathan Loves Ricky Martin.
As a writer and creator, Jessica developed and wrote the comedy series Dee-Brief, which premiered on Network 10’s 10 Peach in 2018 to strong critical and industry response. She has continued to develop original screen stories as both writer and producer, including the digital series The Followers, from creators Goodall and Gallagher developed with Screen Australia.
She is currently in development across a slate of projects including Still Me (Feature Film, Psychological Horror), Finding Joy (Feature Film, Romantic Comedy), Kepo (Limited Series, Crime Drama) and My Secret Bali Prince (Vertical Series, Romance).
Now collaborating across South East Asia and Australia, Jessica continues to write and develop new feature film and television projects while collaborating with emerging and established creatives to bring distinctive stories to screen.
